As a Floating Teller, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily branch operations. Flexibility is key as this role is designed for someone who can work a different branches as needed. You will be scheduled in advance when possible, but we will also occasionally call on you to help fill last-minute staffing needs.Example Of Some Key ResponsibilitiesHandling deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with precisionProcessing loan payments, utility payments, and night depositsIssuing cashier’s checks, money orders, and certified checksBalancing your cash drawer and preparing daily settlementsGreeting customers warmly and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needsCollaborating with team members across departmentsMaintaining compliance with all banking regulations and policiesCore QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong math and analytical abilitiesSolid communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to operate standard office equipmentPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coinBenefitsWe offer competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement, supporting our team members in reaching their professional goals.
