We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working inMicrosoft Excel and enjoys structured, process-driven administrative work.This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, year-round role forthe right candidate.Target start date: within the next 23 weeks.ResponsibilitiesCustomer SupportAnswer inbound service calls and emailsProvide basic service information for startups and winterizationsRespond to customer inquiries regarding service historyMaintain professional and timely communicationAdministrative & Data SupportMaintain Residential seasonal startup and winterization tracking spreadsheetsPrepare and maintain Residential seasonal startup and winterization service listsEnter and update customer information in CRMProcess service work orders and update job notesAssist with payment processing and billing inquiriesMaintain organized digital recordsGeneral Office SupportAssist Division Manager with administrative tasksTrack service completion progress during peak seasonsSupport communication between office and field staffQualifications1+ year administrative or office experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional phone and email communication skillsStrong aptitude in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, managing lists)Comfortable working with structured, repetitive administrative processesAbility to remain organized during high seasonal volumeInterview ProcessCandidates selected for interviews will complete a brief Microsoft Excel skills assessment todemonstrate proficiency in data organization and list management.Compensation & Schedule$21$24 per hour depending on experienceSeasonal position: MarchNovemberFull-time hours during the seasonOvertime may be available during peak weeksOpportunity for advancement within the Irrigation Service DivisionIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and process-drivenCalm under pressureDependable and consistentComfortable working with large data lists in ExcelInterested in long-term growth within a service-based business
