In this newly created role as Director of the Strategic Initiatives & Ops Oversight team within Operational Excellence in Customer Care and Operations (CCO), you'll lead the function responsible for ensuring CCO priorities are translated into disciplined, executable change that delivers measurable and sustained outcomes. This role combines ownership of strategic initiative planning, execution readiness, performance oversight, and benefits realization to ensure Operational Excellence efforts are aligned, well-governed, and producing the intended business impact.You will provide enterprise-level visibility into initiative portfolio health, execution risk, operational readiness, and realized value, enabling strong governance, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the CCO organization. This leader partners closely across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure the right work is prioritized, executed with discipline, and sustained over time.This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-oriented leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can balance enterprise thinking with operational rigor, bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to cross-functional initiatives that drive meaningful results.The Work ItselfLead the Operational Performance & Oversight function for the CCO organization.Define and maintain standards for baselining, target setting, benefit realization, and sustainment across Operational Excellence initiatives.Provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven visibility into portfolio health, outcomes, risks, and trends.Partner with CX Analytics to validate expected and realized benefits and ensure consistency of metrics and assumptions.Lead governance, risk, and performance review routines, representing Operations in enterprise forums.Identify cross-initiative risks, execution gaps, and control considerations, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Ensure accountability for results through structured follow-up, sustainment reviews, and performance tracking.Partner with Strategic Initiatives & Execution Readiness and Process Optimization leaders to align planning, execution, and measurement.Oversee development of dashboards, reporting, and business insight materials to support leadership decisions.Build and lead a high-performing team of managers and senior analysts.Continuously improve reporting, analytics, and oversight routines to strengthen transparency and decision quality.The Skills You BringMinimum Qualifications9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent PreferredBachelor's degree/MBA preferred.Lean Six Sigma certification(Green Belt; Black Belt preferred).3+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.5+ years of experience in operational performance, enablement, analytics insights, or strategic initiative execution within complex environments.5+ years' experience within financial services or similarly regulated industries.Strong leadership skills with the ability to set direction, build teams, and establish disciplined operating routines.Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.Proven ability to influence and align senior leaders across matrixed organizations without direct authority.Strong risk mindset with experience identifying and managing execution and operational risk.Experience with operational excellence, continuous improvement, or large-scale transformation efforts preferred.How We&#x27;ll Have Your BackAlly&#x27;s compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
