Overview In this role you lead the Materials continuous improvement agenda, manage the Six Sigma program, and coordinate systems project management within Materials. You will drive process improvements across cross-functional teams, mentor belts, and implement system changes with minimal downtime. Your work supports senior leadership with impact analyses and cost savings while transferring best practices to peers. This is a chance to shape quality and efficiency in a global parts organization.
