Set-up Operator - Machine Tool 2nd Shift

Your Key ResponsibilitiesTraining will be provided on 1st shift. After training has been completed, employee will move to 2nd shiftOperate machinery and tools to set up production equipment. Ensure the correct configuration and calibration of machines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.Set up and/ or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences.Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary.Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.Ability to train others.Your QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in EnglishAbility to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environmentGood visual acuityAbility to lift medium-heavy objects if requiredApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorshipThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
