If you're driven, creative, and ready to make an impact, join us.Work in our newest Minnesota clinic in Sartell - Coming in early August 2026!Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative / Medical Assistant (Part-Time)Locations: Sartell, MN (occasional coverage at our Maple Grove and Blaine locations)As a Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.How you will make an impact as a Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant:Greet patients and accurately check patients into EHR using established patient registration check-in protocolsResponsible for ensuring documentation is appropriately completed, patient payment is received per insurance and work with clinic team members to maintain daily scheduleSchedule patient appointmentsGreet, room, and take vitals of patientsEnsure clinic patient appointments run in a timely manner, communicating with Physicians and APPs necessary information before they see patientsSanitize exam rooms after each patientSanitize equipment used in clinics including instruments, scopes, and specialty procedure equipmentRotate/stock pharmaceutical closet; dispose of expired medicationMaintain inventory of medical supplies and non-sample pharmaceuticalsAssist with additional clinic responsibilities as requiredWhat You Bring:Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferredStrong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience working with performance-based goals or metricsA customer-first mindset and excellent communication skillsTech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health RecordsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicValid driver licenseAbility to work at and train at our Maple Grove and Blaine clinics as neededWhy Choose ADVENT:Convenient Monday-Friday schedule, Enjoy weekends and evenings for yourself!Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 hour days (Closed Wednesday)This is a part-time flex positionExplore more at: ADVENT Careers Website
