For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer - Data Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.This remote role will focus on designing and delivering modern data engineering solutions that support analytics, AI, and reporting initiatives.The ideal candidate will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build secure, scalable data platforms for public sector and regulated environments.This position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact projects while helping ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance across multi-source data landscapes.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $156,000 – $181,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools. Build scalable data lakehouse solutions ensuring security and reliability. Maintain and optimize ETL/ELT processes for multi-source datasets. Support data governance and validation for quality assurance. Collaborate with analytics teams to prepare data for AI and reporting needs.Qualifications 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric in data engineering roles. Proficiency in designing and operating production data platforms with data modeling experience. Strong knowledge of data security and compliance practices, particularly in regulated environments. Experience in project-based delivery models, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
