Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job DescriptionThe Disability Case Developer will develop medical files for clients applying for Medicaid disability through the stateDevelop linkages and collaborate on an ongoing basis with Eligibility Sites to facilitate Medical Assistance Process for persons with disabilitiesContact providers acquired from Medicaid Disability Applications in order to obtain the clients objective medical documentation and complete a Medical Eligibility review for the stateMay compose letters, correspondence, and memos regarding independent judgment regarding contentMay compile and analyze information from a variety of sources to assist in the preparation of full case development for Medicaid Disability DeterminationData will be utilized in monthly reporting schedulesMust be knowledgeable of procedures and program requirements in order to respond to inquiries and to explain services, policies, procedures, and rationales to customers, clients, and treating sources for Medicaid Disability DeterminationComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsMasters Degree and medical records background desiredMust have excellent phone/people skills and able to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to multi-task and research and have excellent problem solving skillsMust have excellent computer skills and be able to meet deadlinesAdditional InformationEquus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
