This position supports strong foundational literacy instruction while ensuring appropriate, research-based dyslexia intervention and progress monitoring.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality instruction aligned to state standards for 2nd grade.Provide dyslexia services/intervention using approved programs and practices.Maintain required documentation, intervention plans, and progress monitoring data.Collaborate with campus teams, special programs staff, and families to support student growth.Support a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.Qualifications:Valid teaching certificate in Elementary Education.Required dyslexia certification/endorsement or documented training per state/district requirements (preferred).Knowledge of structured literacy practices and evidence-based reading intervention.Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.How to Apply:Submit an application at www.poyenschool.com and include a resume and copies of certifications.Equal Opportunity Employer:
