Business Analyst (Part 2)

JOB TITLE: Business Analyst (42 CFR Part 2) LOCATION: Remote in the US INDUSTRY: Healthcare JOB DESCRIPTION: Theoris is looking for a Business Analyst with strong 42 CFR Part 2 experience. This role is highly collaborative and will work across business, technical, and legal teams to ensure compliant and scalable solutions. Significant, if not even SME on 42 CFR Part 2 is necessary to be qualified for this remote position. RESPONSIBILITIES:Gather and define both business and technical requirements across multiple teamsTranslate legal and regulatory requirements (42 CFR Part 2) into actionable technical specificationsFacilitate discussions with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teamsDrive clarity in an evolving/ambiguous environment and proactively ask questionsSupport documentation including workflows, process maps, and system requirements REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of Business Analysis experienceStrong experience with 42 CFR Part 2 data (required)Healthcare or healthcare data backgroundExperience leading requirements sessions across cross-functional teamsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to convert regulatory/legal requirements into technical solutionsExperience with tools like Visio (process flows, diagrams)Prefer HIE (Health Information Exchange) experienceExperience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams Best-In-Class-Benefits: We are in the people business; treating people right is our ONLY priority.
