This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to team development and studio success. The ideal candidate would be a proactive problem solver with a fitness-management background. We are looking for a growth-oriented individual looking for the opportunity to scale with a growing business. The GM will also be responsible for in-studio presence, which includes teaching 6-10 classes weekly.Major Roles:1. Lead and manage pod team across 2-4 studios: AGM(s), Lead Instructors, Client Relations, and Instructors2. Execute Sales Strategy to Drive RevenueDrive top-line revenue: Set and execute monthly sales targets for each locationAudit the funnel: track Leads ? Intros ? Memberships to identify & resolve drop-offCollaborate with marketing to ensure lead flow meets growth targetsExecute and track localized strategies (promos, events) to hit budget goals 3. Operational ExcellenceBrand Consistency: Conduct bi-weekly facility audits to ensure cleanliness and brand standardsSchedule consistency and reliability: ensure full coverage while maximizing profitabilityEnforce company policies consistently to mitigate risk 4. Client Experience & Product QualityRegular presence in studios to set the instruction standard and connect with membersQuality Control: Evaluate instructor performance through class attendanceRetention: Monitor churn rates and lead "save strategies" for at-risk membersHandle high-level member escalations Requirements Requirements:1+ Years of fitness (or related) management experienceFitness teaching experience preferredProficient in fitness software and analyticsPassion for fitness, with a knowledge of industry trends and best practicesStudio-based presence at managed locationsTraits & Characteristics:Leadership and Team Management: The ability to lead and inspire a team, including Assistant General Managers and instructors, is crucial. This involves fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and addressing challenges is essential. This includes developing strategies for revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.Fitness Industry Knowledge: A passion for fitness and a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices are important. This includes experience in fitness management and teaching, which helps in making informed decisions.Financial Acumen: The ability to manage budgets, track studio finances, and report on financial performance is key. This includes understanding revenue streams, client churn, and sales strategies.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Building meaningful connections with clients and staff is vital.
