Project Manager

**Remote****5 year contract**CSEngineering is looking to add a Project Manager to our growing team! This position includes professional program support services in accomplishing the agency's various missions, functions, and organizational objectives to enable the customer to meet mission objectives to provide federal, state, and local officials with the technology and capabilities to protect the homeland.Job ResponsibilitiesOverall the Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 5 FTE who will be engaged in developing Community Relations Plans for potential USAF BRAC (Base Realignment and Closures).The Project Manager (PM) shall develop and maintain a detailed Project Management Plan (PMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Organization and integration of the project teamSchedule management, project controls, and change management.Risk management.Communication management.Quality management.Health and Safety management.Subcontractor and resource management; andSecurity management.PMR and other meetings.Required QualificationsSecurity Clearance: Public TrustMust have a BS/BA (Technical or Management degree).Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.Experience in interacting with senior-level government management in coordinating and communicating and managing cross functional teams.Demonstrated success in managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a government contract.Demonstrated experience and success in scoping the level of effort for tasks and providing accurate cost and resource estimates.Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, and leading several projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with USAF and Environmental Justice is a plus.Must be a United States Citizen.Preferred Certifications And QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.Location: RemoteCompany OverviewWho we are- CSEngineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business established in 2002, is dedicated to becoming the premier engineering and services firm in our industry, all while prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.What we do- With a rich history of excellence, we boast significant expertise in a wide array of areas, including satellite systems, weapons and missile systems, naval architecture, aviation systems, IT and Enterprise Architecture, and more.
