Must-Haves: High school diploma or GED 1+ years in manufacturing Be able to lift 45lbs Good overall attendance Must have reliable transportation Nice-To-Haves: Must be able speak and write English Must be able to work night shift Must be able to work with others Must be a team player Job Description: Responsible for operation of line in compliance with defined standards, production orders and operating procedures. • Perform continuity testing. • Mold plugs on end of cords. • Package finished product into proper sleeves. • Place sleeves into master cartons. • Seal carton with hand-held tape machine. • Load cartons onto skids. • Visual examination of wire to determine conformity to specifications and quality standards. • Read and interpret coiling breakdown to determine proper length of wire. • Set up coiling heads to correct size. • Operate coiling machine. • Remove outer jacket on ends of coiled wire to specifications.
