Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry (2+ years) Knowledge of current electrical systems, codes, regulations, and best practices - Excellent organizational and time management skills- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: Review project specifications, drawings, and estimates Manage submittals and change orders Source and manage subcontractors Coordinate with General Contractor to understand project objectives, deliverables, and expectations Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment Maintain Schedule of Values this position may require additional responsibilities not listed here.
