Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Offer: Accounting and Management Control Manager Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with strong skills in management and management control. The position involves supervising a team of around 10 people, monitoring schedules, coordinating accounting activities, and implementing performance indicators. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting and administrative team (10 employees) Ensure the reliability of financial statements and compliance with reporting deadlines Develop and monitor management control tools Analyze variances and propose corrective actions Contribute to the company’s financial strategy Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, and production departments Profile: Higher education degree in accounting, finance, or management (e.g., Bachelor/Master in Accounting, DCG/DSCG, Business School) Proven experience in accounting and/or management control Demonstrated team management ability Knowledge of grain purchasing and sales is a plus Familiarity with futures markets and hedging positions would be an asset but is not required Strong organizational skills, leadership, and analytical mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Language: English (Required) French (Preferred) Chinese (Preferred) Japanese (Preferred) Korean (Preferred) Work Location: In person
