Urgent Care Physician - Per Diem

This position is for a Physician in a clinical setting, primarily providing urgent care services.Responsible for diagnosing and treating acute conditions such as infections, injuries, and minor illnesses, including performing procedures like suturing and splinting.Requires a medical degree, board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine, and active state licensure.Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of post-residency experience, including adult and pediatric care, with proficiency in diagnostic testing, patient education, and electronic medical records.Responsibilities include examining patients, taking histories, ordering tests, diagnosing, prescribing, treating injuries, and supervising advanced practice providers remotely. Shifts typically last 8-12 hours.Qualified applicants will demonstrate strong communication, attentive listening, and customer service skills.
