Water Purification Technician

Job Description Position OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Water Purification Technician who will complete a structured apprenticeship program and transition into a leadership role within our technical division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain water purification systemsTroubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical and technical knowledgeTravel daily to customer locations within approximately one hour of Gladstone, MOMaintain company tools, equipment, and vehicleProvide excellent customer service and represent the company professionallyLearn and apply water quality standards and system operationsProgress into a leadership role upon successful completion of apprenticeshipQualificationsModerate to advanced mechanical/technical aptitude requiredMinimum 2 years of plumbing, water quality, or related technical experience preferredStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyValid driver's license and clean driving recordWillingness to learn and grow into a leadership positionScheduleMonday–FridaySemi-flexible hours (greater flexibility as autonomy increases)Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)Fast-track raises based on performance and technical growthCompany vehicle and tools providedEmployee discountsAnnual holiday bonusMerit-based raises and bonusesCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions Professional is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry.
