Commercial Roofer

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on various types of buildings Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing Operate hand and power tools related to the roofing trade Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders Ensure work is performed in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability Work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from the site foreman Maintain a clean and organized job site Travel to different job sites as required Qualifications: 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred (TPO, EPDM, PVC, or similar systems) Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and techniques Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights for extended periods Comfortable working in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety Valid driver’s license preferred OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and continued training Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Occasional weekends or overtime depending on project deadlines Year-round work available Join a company that values quality workmanship, safety, and professional growth.
