Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This includes Orientation of New Customers, Expanding Portfolios of Existing Customers, Retention of Existing Customers, and other profit goals.
Salary: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include?
Cross-Selling of various products at every opportunity through pivoting
Aid in scheduling review appointments for Account Executives
Continually following up on policy expiration dates for existing customers and setting new prospect appointments
Utilize eCMS, APEX and other carrier systems on a continual basis to update customer information
Coordinate introduction messages for new households on a continuing basis
Review cancellation and renewal lists, as needed, to ensure high levels of retention and profitability
Contact customers via phone, text messaging and eMail, when appropriate, regarding cancellations and renewal changes
Setup and maintain files for all new customers
Always ask for referrals and thank customers for their business
Share responsibilities of answering telephone
Manage alerts on various carrier systems and follow up when appropriate
Provide information about various products and service available to the customer
Independently resolve product issues and customer concerns
Document and update customer records based upon interactions with customers and prospects
Continually develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
Requirements
Qualification will include but not be limited to
Excellent customer service skills, including authentic and sincere communication
Exceptional phone voice and personality
Open to continuous training, personal growth and development
Innovative and confident self-starter
Ability to work independently without continuous supervision
Prioritization and organization of multiple tasks to ensure superior customer service
Computer literate including word processing, spreadsheets, web-based tools, text and email messaging
Skills will include
High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred
Valid New York State Driver's License
English Fluency required, Bi-Lingual preferred
