Opportunities for growth based on performance and availability.Key Responsibilities:·      Set up and tear down tables, chairs, ceremony seating, and furniture·      Assist with layout adjustments during events·      Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and guest areas·      Manage trash, restock supplies, and support basic facility resets·      Provide a welcoming, professional presence with guests·      Drive golf cart for on-site support and transportation·      Safely light and maintain campfires when included in packages·      Operate basic A/V equipment (microphones, speakers, music connections)·      Follow venue procedures and maintain overall appearance standardsSchedule:·      Primarily Thursday – Sunday (approx. 1–3 days per week)·      Shifts vary by event schedule (typically 4–10 hours)·      Evening and weekend reliability required Qualifications:·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest experience·      Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods·      Reliable transportation and punctuality·      Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and terrain·      Able to follow direction, work independently, and use checklists·      Valid driver’s license required·      Event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
