Position Title: Enterprise Systems Implementation Consultant (HR/Finance/Public Safety/Courts/Tax/Permitting/DMS)Kane County, IllinoisType: Long Term ContractKane County is seeking consultants experienced in large-scale government enterprise implementations, including HR, finance, payroll, public safety, courts, tax, permitting, and document management platforms such as Laserfiche and similar systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support full lifecycle enterprise system implementations:Planning, requirements, configuration, testing, go-live, supportCoordinate vendor deliverables and implementation activities. Prepare project schedules, risk logs, communications plans. Support system integration, data migration and validation. Manage UAT and training support for County users. Document business processes and system workflows. Provide post go-live stabilization and enhancements.
