They will be responsible for fine-tuning their understanding of these disciplines, taking on more day-to-day management responsibilities, and supporting the team in achieving campaign goals.We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Paid Social & Paid Search marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.A strong analytical mind is essential for this role, as the candidate will need to analyze data and identify trends to optimize campaign performance.ResponsibilitiesManage Paid Social & Search campaigns: Oversee the implementation of day-to-day activities and provide updates to the teamBilling: Support the team in monthly billing and reconciliation process and protocolsConduct analysis: Analyze in-platform data to identify optimization opportunities and make recommendations.Monitor performance: Track account performance, identify trends, and make necessary adjustments.Creative assets management: Uploading and managing creative assets to Social platforms. Also, lead in the creation of Paid Search keywords and ad copySupport team members: Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.Contribute to reporting: Assist in the creation and analysis of performance reports. Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goals across all relevant objectivesQuality Assurance: Act as a quality assurance check for the account and Excel workbooksQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2+ year relevant Paid Social and Search management experienceHands on keyboard experience with major Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.)Hand on keyboard experience with Google AdsHand on keyboard experience with any bid management platform like SA360 or MarinAbility to quickly learn and apply new software and toolsStrong analytical skills and ability to think critically, passion for A/B testingA results-driven professional with a passion for learning and a desire to success in a fast-paced agency settingActively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop new skillsEnjoys working in a team environment and contributes to a positive team dynamicStrong communication and organization skillsIn addition to technical skills, Senior Associates should be able to effectively communicate, including the ability to:Effectively convey insights to the clientTie what’s happening in the accounts to the client’s businessBuild relationships with clients and partners such as engines or networksAdjust their communication style based on the audiencePrepare basic and assist with client-facing deliverables, including presentations and quarterly reviewsPreferred Certifications/SkillsCertifications from major Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.)Google Ads Search CertificationGoogle Search Ads 360 CertificationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$34,000—$65,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
