Beverage Specialist

Beverage Specialist duties and responsibilitiesAs a front-of-house employee, a Beverage Specialist is responsible for preparing and serving all beverages according to McDonalds Gold Standard procedures, while representing the brand through excellent guest service, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.Their duties include the following:* Prepare all beverages ( hot, cold, frozen, and specialty drinks) Following McDonalds procedures and portion standards.* Grind brew and hold coffee according to McDonalds Gold Standard quality for taste, appearance , temperature, and presentation.* Maintain beverage stations fully stocked ( cups, lids, syrups, ice, coffee, milk etc.* Clean and sanitize beverage equipment counters, and surrounding areas according to food safety standards.* Follow all health safety and food handling guidelines , including proper hand washing.* Ensure equipment is operated correctly and report any malfunctions immediately* Follow all McDonalds operational procedures and food safety requirements.* Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, be flexible with schedule including early morning, weekends,* Work collaboratively with the team to support a positive, efficient , and respectful work environment
