Warehouse & Field Operations Manager– Los Angeles

Location: Los Angeles, CAType: Full-TimeCompensation: $65,000 - 75,000 • Health, Dental & Vision • 401(k) • Profit IncentivesStacks is growing fast, and we're looking for someone exceptional to run our Los Angeles operations.With 13 markets and expanding, Stacks provides the field teams, warehousing and logistics support for clients from F1 to Art Basel to the Masters, as well as world-class consumer brands who trust us to deliver without fail.Successful candidates will bring obsessive attention to detail and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.The RoleOn any given day, you might be receiving and logging inbound assets for F1 races, briefing your team on a last-minute setup at Coachella, and running an inventory audit  - all before noon. The Location Manager owns day-to-day execution at our Los Angeles facility. You’re the operator, the crew lead, and the standard-setter, responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks, client assets are treated like gold, and every task is executed with precision.What You’ll Be DoingTeam Management•      Onboard, train, schedule, and manage a rotating team of warehouse operators, drivers, and production assistants•      Brief each crew clearly before every job — scope, standards, and expectations•      Reinforce training standards during live work; don’t wait until something goes wrong•      Track time entries daily; review and approve against schedules before submitting payrollInventory Receiving & Accuracy•      Receive inbound shipments using our defined protocol — no improvisation•      Barcode, assign sub-locations, and enter all items into the inventory management system•      Identify exceptions immediately (missing items, damage, quantity discrepancies) and communicate to clients with updatesDelivery Preparation & Coordination•      Pull, condition-check, and stage for outbound deliveries•      Coordinate labor and trucking for scheduled and same-day delivery needsWhat You Bring•      3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing people and assets in fast-paced, project-based environments•      Obsessive attention to detail•      Ability to follow and enforce defined processes and proactively make recommendations when existing systems are not enough•      Clear, direct communicator who escalates issues early rather than waiting aroundThis Role Is NOT For You If…•      You prefer a predictable, routine workflow•      You skip steps when you’re busy•      You manage loosely and hope people figure it out•      You wait to be asked before flagging a problemWhy StacksThe right candidate will have a tremendous opportunity to increase their responsibility and compensation.
