In this role you will own the development of phased array antenna systems for Amazon Leo, guiding hardware from concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve reliable, high-bandwidth satellite connectivity at scale. You will shape architectures and drive design choices that impact operations and manufacturing, delivering tangible performance improvements. Key requirementsBS degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering, or equivalent experience7+ years of industrial experience especially board level analog/digital design1+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, signal and power integrity3+ years of experience using schematic tools2+ years of experience using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters)Experience with Mentor Graphics or Cadence layout toolsownershipcross-functional collaborationproblem solvingboard level analog/digital designhigh-speed digital designSERDES
