With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy.About The Role.As McCain continues its global digital transformation journey, the S/4 Functional Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering meaningful, high-impact change. This role leads project management activities for key initiatives within McCain’s SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program, ensuring seamless execution across multiple functional domains.Working closely with business, process, functional, technical, data, and system integrator partners, the Project Manager will plan, execute, monitor, and govern SAP S/4HANA initiatives that enable McCain’s future-state digital landscape. This is an opportunity to shape how technology supports McCain’s global operations while building sought-after expertise on a complex, enterprise-scale transformation.What You’ll Be Doing.Partner with business, process, functional, and Digital Technology stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops.Collaborate with business, functional, process, and technical teams to analyze, document, and govern key decisions using McCain’s frameworks and tools.Plan, execute, and govern SAP S/4HANA configuration work to address mandatory and strategic business changes in partnership with McCain teams and system integrator partners.Support organizational change management (OCM) initiatives related to the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.Structure, define, and operationalize project progress reports and executive-level status dashboards.Develop and apply best practices, scalable mechanisms, and repeatable processes across all phases of the transformation, including planning, blueprinting, design, build, test, and deploy.Apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) to manage resources, dependencies, risks, and cross-workstream impacts.Ensure OCM plans align with project timelines and collaborate with OCM partners to manage interdependencies and potential conflicts.Support Program and PMO leadership by managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication cadence, and driving timely escalation and resolution of risks and issues.Lead day-to-day project activities, including organizing team work, facilitating status meetings, daily huddles, and working sessions.Collaborate with external partners to ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments.Drive financial and resource management for assigned workstreams using McCain’s established tools and governance frameworks.What You’ll Need To Be Successful.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP implementations, including end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.Proven experience serving as a functional project manager on at least one global SAP S/4HANA implementation.PMP and/or SAP Activate Project Manager certification preferred; familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience working within global delivery models and a strong understanding of SAP software and related technologies.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Hands-on experience using Jira is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.Confidence and tact in conflict resolution and negotiation.Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging the status quo.About The Team.You will be part of McCain’s global Digital Technology and Business Transformation organization, supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program that spans regions, functions, and business units. USD annually + Bonus eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
