Job Title: Account ManagerAbout the Company:Our Client is a dynamic experiential events and talent agency that specializes in producing activations, live experiences, and bespoke events.Job Description:As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and lead journeys from initial contact through to invoicing. This role requires a proactive, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing processes end-to-end.Responsibilities:• Manage the entire journey of leads from inquiry to invoicing.• Handle client communication and email management with professionalism and efficiency.• Draft proposals tailored to specific client inquiries.• Maintain proactive follow-up via email and phone to ensure leads are engaged.• Keep event cards in the CODA project management system updated and accurate in real-time.• Exercise judgment in escalating issues and flagging concerns proactively.• Focus on asset maintenance and nurturing client relationships during slower periods.Required Experience and Qualifications:• Ability to work independently and identify necessary tasks without a detailed task list.• Quick learning ability with strong retention of systems, clients, and processes.• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work quickly and accurately.• Proactive approach to work, anticipating needs and addressing them without prompting.• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a dynamic environment.• Reliable with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments.• Strong written communication skills suitable for professional client interactions.Preferred Skills:• Experience in event management or a similar fast-paced industry.• Familiarity with project management systems like CODA.Personality:• High-energy and self-motivated.• Takes ownership and pride in delivering quality work.• Communicates clearly, quickly, and professionally.Software & Tools:• CODA project management system.English Level:C1, C2, NativeSchedule:9 - 5 ESTSalary and Benefits:• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
