This includes identifying pain points, articulating the value of integrated digital workplace solutions, and co-creating roadmaps that lead to business impact. The Consultant plays a key role in shaping strategic conversations, driving thought leadership, and accelerating sales in the EX domain.RESPONSIBILITIESClient EngagementLead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand EX maturity, pain points, and strategic prioritiesArticulate the value of EX solutions including digital workplace platforms, collaboration tools, AI for employees, and hybrid work enablers.Position the full portfolio of EX offerings (consulting, platforms, managed services) with compelling narrative.Deliver thought leadership presentations, conduct EX and Digital Workplace maturity assessmentsDevelop EX roadmaps that connect business objectives to measurable outcomesBuild the business case for EX & Digitial Workplace transformation, articulating clear financial (ROI) and experience (ROE) returns.Shape client POVs & prototypes and partner with our internal Tech Incubator to develop them.Thought LeadershipEnable sales and consulting teams with training, pitch support, and reusable collateralsRepresent the EX practice in client showcases, analyst briefings, and strategic forumsContinuously monitor EX trends, tools, and benchmarks to evolve offerings and advisory frameworksREQUIREMENTS A computer Science degree or equivalentProven track record in Employee Experience, Digital Workplace, or HR/IT transformation consultingStrong understanding of EX and Digital Workplace tools such as Microsoft ecosystem, Google ecosystem, ITSM and DEX productsFamiliarity with Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies as well as use cases for employee productivity and support (e.g., virtual agents, automated knowledge discovery)Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including CxO engagementExperience co-creating with clients: assessments, roadmaps, prototypes, and business casesComfortable working across cultures and time zonesFluent English.Multilingual skills are a plus, especially Spanish.
