With a small eight-member team and a firm-wide growth initiative underway, we are adding our first dedicated operations and growth coordinator. This is not a back-office role. This is a front-line position at the center of how we find, serve, and grow with clients. THE ROLEThe Coordinator of Operations & Growth is the virtual face of Ferguson Alliance. You are often the first voice a prospective client hears and the steady hand that keeps our internal engine running. You will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Operations & Growth to generate revenue, manage relationships, execute marketing, and build the operational infrastructure of a growing firm. This role lives at the intersection of business development, sales support, marketing execution, and internal operations. No two weeks will look identical. You will need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable context-switching between a lead pipeline review and a firm event checklist - sometimes in the same hour. The role is primarily remote, but you must be Houston-area based. You will attend in-person COI meetings, Lunch & Learns, firm meetings, and client events as needed.WHAT YOU WILL DOBusiness Development & Lead Pipeline Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries through the Ferguson Alliance website contact form and virtual Microsoft Teams line Qualify inbound leads and maintain a clean, current lead pipeline in Zoho CRM Execute outbound outreach cadences to prospects and Centers of Influence (COIs) on behalf of the firm Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and the Director of Operations & Growth Track all lead activity, touchpoints, and follow-up actions in CRM - nothing falls through the cracks Sales Development & Client Onboarding Support Support the transition of prospects from lead to active client Coordinate communication between prospects, the Director of Operations & Growth, and business advisors during the sales process Maintain organized, accurate records for all active deals and onboarding clients Handle administrative tasks that keep deals moving: scheduling, document preparation, follow-up communicationMarketing, Social Media & Analytics Schedule and post approved social media content across firm platforms using Zoho Social Compile and report weekly and monthly social media, email campaign, and website analytics Assist in building and executing email marketing campaigns via Zoho Campaigns Support content coordination for the firm's podcast, blog, and thought leadership initiatives Bring ideas to the table. We want someone who understands what performs, not just someone who postsEvent Planning & Coordination Plan and execute firm events including Lunch & Learns, networking functions, and client appreciation events Manage event logistics: venue, invitations, RSVPs, materials, setup, and post-event follow-upRepresent Ferguson Alliance professionally at in-person events in the Houston areaInternal Operations Support Support the Director of Operations & Growth in building and optimizing internal processes and systems Assist in project management using Zoho Projects - tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables Handle general administrative tasks: mail processing, scheduling, document management, and internal coordination • Grow with the firm.
