Job DetailsDescriptionLead Bartender – Isla Bella Beach ResortJob SummaryIsla Bella Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Bartender to support daily bar operations and help lead our Food & Beverage team.This role combines elevated guest service with hands-on operational leadership, assisting with bar oversight, team support, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment, and leads by example while creating memorable guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional, personalized service to guests in a friendly and professional mannerPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinksSupport daily bar operations to ensure efficient service and smooth workflowLead by example during service and assist bartenders and support staff as neededAssist with training and coaching team members on service standards, beverage preparation, and guest engagementMonitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service concernsUtilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase salesMaintain extensive knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methodsEnsure all bar areas remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and compliant with sanitation standardsAssist with inventory organization, supply ordering, and minimizing product wasteEnsure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all company and state regulationsAssist leadership with opening/closing procedures and operational support as neededQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of bartending experience required; luxury resort or high-volume hospitality experience preferredPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage preparation techniquesExcellent communication, guest service, and team leadership skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentMust meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcoholTIPS certification or equivalent preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits & PerksWe offer a great team environment and competitive benefits including:Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceAdditional voluntary benefitsEmployee housing based on availabilityDiscounts at EOS Hospitality sister propertiesOpportunities for growth within EOS Hospitality
