This role will be fully based in our Costa Mesa office and will serve as a core member of our client services team, managing integrated campaigns for Korean brands operating in the U.S. market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end marketing initiatives including brand strategy, influencer programs, content creation, and experiential activationsServe as the primary liaison with Korean clients and HQ teams, ensuring smooth cross-border communication and alignmentManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal/external stakeholdersOversee execution across digital (social, paid, influencer) and physical (events, retail, OOH) channelsRepresent Urban Creator in client-facing settings and drive performance-focused reportingContribute to client growth and retention by proactively identifying campaign opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications (agency experience strongly preferred)Fluency in Korean and English is required – both verbal and writtenDeep understanding of Korean brand culture and how to adapt messaging for U.S. audiencesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyHands-on experience with both digital platforms and offline activationsHighly collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-service focusedPreferredBackground in global brand marketing or cross-cultural campaignsExperience with influencer marketing, event production, or multicultural media strategyPrior experience working with Korean HQ teams or Korean consumer brands in the U.S.
