Job Title: Construction Quality Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)Location: Lebanon, IN (Onsite – 5 days/week)Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension up to 3 Years)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to act as the Owner’s Representative on an active manufacturing construction project. This role focuses on field-based quality oversight, ensuring proper installation, compliance, and readiness of E&I systems through construction and turnover phases.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Owner’s Representative for electrical and instrumentation construction qualityPerform daily site walkdowns and provide field-based quality oversightMonitor and advise EPC contractors and trade partners on installation quality and complianceEnsure E&I systems meet GMP and project quality standardsSupport QA processes, including inspections and system sign-offsTrack project progress, field observations, and quality issues; report status to leadershipAssist with system readiness and support transition from construction to commissioning/turnoverEscalate quality or compliance concerns as requiredCollaborate closely with construction, QA, and commissioning teamsRequired Qualifications15–20+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation constructionStrong experience in regulated industries (pharma preferred; medical device or food acceptable)Proven track record supporting construction completion and system turnoverExperience in QA oversight and quality sign-off for E&I systemsPrior experience working as an Owner’s Representative with EPC contractorsStrong field presence with hands-on, observational leadership approachAbility to work extended hours and maintain consistent onsite presencePreferred ExperienceExperience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environmentsExposure to large-scale construction projects with multiple systemsExperience coordinating between construction, QA, turnover, and commissioning teamsApply / Refer:AbhiPhone: +1 (469)429-8068
