Role Description Flood Zone Disaster Recovery Solutions is seeking a full-time Crew Leader to join our team on-site in Fort Myers, FL. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate disaster recovery operations, manage project timelines, supervise team members, and ensure safety compliance during recovery efforts. This role also includes providing exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring project documentation is complete and accurate. The Crew Leader will play a critical role in ensuring efficient recovery while upholding the company’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise staff during recovery operations.Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices, with a commitment to enforcing them on-site.Project management experience, including ability to create and follow project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful project completion.Excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on project progress.Attention to detail for accurate project documentation and adherence to company standards.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.Experience in disaster recovery, construction, or a related field is a plus.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in disaster recovery or project management are advantageous.
