Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at VR Business Sales | Mergers and Acquisitions Atlanta is a full-time, on-site position located in Georgia, United States. In this role, you will facilitate the buying and selling of real estate and business assets, guide clients through the transaction process, and provide expert advice to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting property evaluations, preparing marketing materials, negotiating terms, and building relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders to drive business opportunities. Qualifications Strong knowledge of real estate sales, property valuations, and business acquisition practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in market research and understanding of industry trendsExperience in client relationship management and lead generationDetail-oriented with skills in document preparation and adherence to legal and regulatory requirementsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProven track record in sales, business brokerage, or real estateValid real estate license in Georgia or willingness to obtain oneProficiency with relevant software systems and CRM toolsExperience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus
