This is a full-time field-based position servicing residential and commercial overhead door systems throughout Southern California. As we expand, we're looking for dedicated professionals to grow with us.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to 2-6 service calls daily across assigned zip codes in a company-provided service vanDiagnose and complete service, repairs, or replacements of residential and commercial garage doorsPerform product inspections and advise customers on safe, cost-effective solutionsDeliver exceptional customer service on every job siteMaintain organized, clean service vehicle and inventoryAccurately complete job paperwork and submit dailyFollow AllStar Garage Door, Inc. schedules, safety procedures, and quality standardsRead and interpret job orders for complete and accurate project executionOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or completion of Trade SchoolMinimum 2 years of experience in overhead garage door installation and serviceStrong mechanical background; welding and/or electrical knowledge is a plusProven ability to troubleshoot and work independentlyValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periodsMust pass a professional review in compliance with applicable lawsBenefitsHourly wage: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)Sales commissions in addition to base pay401(k) with employer matchPaid holidaysCA sick timeBoot allowanceCompany-provided uniformsScheduleFull-timeMonday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMOvertime opportunities availableLocationField-based role servicing Southern California, with a focus on local zip codesTravel required to customer locations within the regionEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
