This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting end-users, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across locations.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite and remote IT support using ServiceNowTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesSupport onboarding, installations, and user requestsManage IT assets, shipping, and device lifecycleAssist with rollouts, upgrades, and desktop refresh projectsSupport clinical staff and ensure IT readinessRequirements:Strong experience in desktop support and IT operationsExpertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, VPN, CitrixKnowledge of hardware, imaging, and data migrationGood communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
