Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Spanish-SpeakingPay: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per yearRaíces de Bienestar, a Latine culturally specific nonprofit, is looking for a compassionate, skilled Licensed Mental Health Provider or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. You will provide therapy and assessments for youth, adults, and families, primarily Latine and Spanish-speaking individuals.What You’ll DoProvide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.Conduct psychological assessments, including immigration evaluations.Develop culturally responsive treatment plans.Collaborate with patients, families, cultural brokers, and partners.Maintain accurate and confidential records.Participate in case consultations, supervision, and community outreach.What We’re Looking ForLicensed Psychologist, Psychology Associate, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or QMHP (Oregon licensed or eligible).Doctoral or Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.2+ years’ experience with youth, adults, and families.Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).Experience with testing and evidence-based therapy.Tech skills (EHR, Google Workspace).Valid driver’s license; able to travel within Oregon.Benefits100% employer-paid health and dental insuranceLife insuranceEducation/loan repayment up to $5,250/yearRetirement with 3% match13 paid holidays + birthday offPaid parental leaveUnlimited PTO and health leavePublic Service Loan Forgiveness eligibleAbout UsRaíces de Bienestar is women-founded and rooted in Latine values.
