Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing social media content across client accounts with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role ensures that content is gathered, scheduled, and published in alignment with each client’s strategy while maintaining Bluebird’s standard of quality.You will work closely with Account Managers and the Creative team to bring content strategies to life, manage revisions, and ensure all social channels are up-to-date, on-brand, and performing.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Execution & SchedulingSchedule and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.).Maintain content calendars and ensure all posts are timely and accurate.Execute against approved content strategies and campaign plans.Content CoordinationGather content from clients, internal teams, and external sources.Organize and manage assets including captions, graphics, and links.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging direction.Revisions & CollaborationWork closely with Account Managers to incorporate client feedback and revisions.Partner with designers and content creators to ensure posts are complete and ready for publishing.Communicate clearly on status, updates, and any blocks.Reporting & Performance TrackingCompile monthly social media reports for client review.Track key performance metrics and ensure accuracy of reporting.Provide basic observations and insights on content performance.Skills & Qualifications1–3 years experience in social media or digital marketing.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient with key social media platforms and scheduling tools including Sprout Social or Statusbrew.Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.Strong written communication skills and understanding of tone/voice.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.Proactive, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks independently.
