Job Description We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:5+ years of experience, including ground-up constructionFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedOHSA 30-hour Certification preferredCompany DescriptionA&E Construction Co. is a premier construction firm headquartered in Upper Darby, PA.
