Job SummaryThis position works closely with the Director of Lifestyle Enrichment to organize, plan and implement events and activities to enrich the lives of Panorama residents and prospective residents. This role requires a high level of customer service.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates with the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of varying levels of activities, including apartment building specific events. Promotes events as directed.Participates setting up & striking for selected activity programsManages room reservations and setup requests for various events in collaboration with residents and staff. Manage supplies and inventory in rooms with kitchen space.Serve as a general liaison for the apartment building residents, providing assistance or directing as needed. Be present in the buildings on a regular basis to interact with residents, ensure spaces are acceptable, submit work orders as needed. Assist in coordinating fire evacuation training with Facilities as requested.Manage bulletin boards in Pan Hall and each apartment building; ensure information is up -to- date, relevant and presentable.Create monthly newsletter for apartment building specific content.Oversee daily functions for the department in the absence of the Lifestyle Enrichment DirectorServe on Holiday Decor committee and coordinate decor for apartment buildings. Serve on other committees as appropriate.Performs other duties as neededEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED requiredTwo year administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office requiredTwo year customer service requiredExperience in the planning, coordinating and implementation of events/programs requiredExperience in graphic design preferred
