Concrete Finisher/Laborer

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: * Under direct supervision, job duties may include but are not limited to building, laying out forms, and installing concrete foundation walls/flat work for agricultural, industrial, and/or commercial job sites. The Concrete Finisher is expected to assist in the general operation of each job. Duties: *Finishing of poured concrete, such as floors, walk ways, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. * Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, patch voids, and use saws to cut expansion joints. * Loading and unloading of materials. * Maintains orderliness and cleanliness and safety at jobsite. * Maintenance of all equipment and tools. * Follow all company procedures an policies. * Follow Supervisor's instructions closely and perform duties as told. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * All the above listed requirements require extended periods of standing, walking, stooping, and bending. * Must be able to climb ladder's to reach operator seat's on equipment. * Must be able to effectively us all limbs for extended periods of time. * Position requires periodic lifting up to 100 pounds and 50 pounds overhead. REQUIRED SKILL: * 2 years related experience required. * Able to travel to job site in and around Baltimore. * Ability to understand written and oral instructions. * Ability to follow all safety standards and policies. * Understanding of all facets of concrete construction. * Must have a valid DRIVERS LICENSE Salary: $15-18 based on experience *** Must be able to pass drug screen and background testing.
