Enterprise Account Executive, Retail & Grocery (SaaS)
Eagle Eye is an AI driven retail technology SaaS company powering personalized promotions and loyalty programs for leading global brands. Part of our new business “Win” team, this role is critical in both creating and progressing our new business pipeline of prospects and acquiring clients onto the Eagle Eye platform. This role will be responsible for capitalizing on the tremendous sales opportunity for Eagle Eye in your region. This role is integral to our growth and overall revenue goals.You will collaborate with the wider go to market team, including Marketing, Sales Development, VPs, and progress opportunities through to closure before handing across to our Customer Success teams for ongoing management and retention.This remote role requires candidates to be based in Florida, Virginia, or Illinois and includes approximately 50 percent travel.ResponsibilitiesProspecting and pitching to execute the new business strategy to win new clients to the platform from some of the larger retailers in the territory to exceed sales targetDeveloping a first-class understanding of the market and the key pain points being faced in order to position Eagle Eye’s solution as a high priorityGaining an in depth understanding of the target accounts business, challenges and prioritiesDevising a strategy to develop relationships with the key personnel within the target accountsIdentifying and work with key partners to drive revenues within the sector with target accountsFully understand the Eagle Eye product and value proposition, and be able to present these in a way that is relevant to the client – across all levels of seniorityHigh level of productivity and to respond to client requirements in a quick and efficient way, verbally and in writing.Understanding the core contract principles and be able to negotiate and close profitable deals with urgencyStaying on top of Eagle Eye’s innovation as well as emerging trends within the industryPreparation of pitch content ahead of prospect meetingsTaking meeting notes, following up on meeting actionsCreation of commercial proposals for prospectsWorking to exceed sales targetsYou AreAmbitious, driven, a self-starter and can close dealsTenaciousCharismatic, motivated and a relationship builderArticulate in sales messagingNaturally able to ask questions and uncover needsCurious about business challengesAble to influence and negotiate with clients and assert control over commercial discussionsBrilliant at customer service and exchange information with others clearly and conciselyEmpathetic and patientGoal and target orientedAble to develop and maintain necessary technical knowledgeExcited to be a fundamental part of the sales processAble to engage the entire Purple team, are organized, have gravitas and professional presenceA collaborative team playerAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and embrace business changeInfluential and have an appetite to share learning with a wider teamCurrently living in Florida, Virginia, or Illinois and are able to travel approximately 50 percent You HaveExcellent presentation skillsExperience using Salesforce or other CRM softwareA proven track record of success in prospecting, closing deals, and achieving sales quotasAn understanding of SaaS products
