What You Will DoDrive new business development by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the government and defense sectors.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our client's solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies that meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to support growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Background0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven ability to engage with clients and articulate complex solutions in a compelling manner.
Strong understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
Motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and innovation.
PreferredExperience in the defense or government sectors is a plus.
Familiarity with AI and software development concepts.
Prior experience in a startup environment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role ranges from $90K to $120K, complemented by equity between 0.1% and 0.5%. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering team and make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
