Full Job Description: Coordinator of Crisis Intervention & ManagementSalary Grade: Business Grade 08/ EG-08Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. For more information about the salary for this specific position please review the Salary Schedule for the corresponding Salary Grade (listed above).For more information on our comprehensive benefits packages, please visit: Compensation and Benefits website.Position Summary: The Coordinator of Crisis Intervention & Management is a pivotal roleresponsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of crisis intervention services andcase management support to students experiencing various personal, emotional, orbehavioral challenges. This position involves collaboration with school staff, communityagencies, and families to ensure that students receive timely and appropriate assistance toaddress their needs and promote their well-being. This role will provide leadership necessaryto ensure comprehensive student support services in schools that includes tiered interventionand prevention supports, positive behavior interventions and systems, counseling supports,and capacity building for student supports. The position collaborates closely withadministration, teachers, parents, special education, community partners, and stateagencies.Minimum QualificationsOklahoma licensure as one of the following OR actively under supervision (license eligible) forOne Of The FollowingLicensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)Licensed Social Worker (LSW)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)OR actively under supervision for licensureEducation Master’s degree in social work, clinical counseling, and counseling psychology, orcomparable educational experienceExperience Experience as a licensed counselor, social worker, have specialized knowledge,licenses, etc. preferred or be under supervision for a state license or certification, asnoted above Previous experience supporting students, families and/or other stakeholders in a crisissituation is preferred.Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.
