If you're ready to make a real impact in a company that's redefining heavy industry for a cleaner, smarter world, we want to hear from you.What You Will DoThe Manager III, Warehouse and Logistics Operations, oversees multi‑site warehouse operations, ensuring world‑class performance in inventory control, material flow, receiving, shipping, and operational readiness. This role includes leadership of an existing warehouse while developing and launching a new, large‑scale warehouse operation supporting manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate brings experience standing up warehouse operations from the ground up, including layout and racking design, process creation, systems deployment, software implementation, and operational ramp‑up. Experience with manufacturing environments, cross‑functional operational coordination, and hazardous material handling and shipping is strongly preferred. NetSuite experience is also highly valued.Responsibilities IncludeManage receipt of incoming supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring conformance with purchase order specifications, quantity, and conditionOversee proper classification, storage, handling, and documentation of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and IATA shipping requirementsLead day‑to‑day shipping, receiving, put‑away, picking, staging, and inventory control across multiple warehouse locations Support manufacturing operations through timely material flow, WIP movement, and coordination with production scheduling Coordinate multi‑department initiatives across manufacturing, EHS, quality, supply chain, and accountingExamine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity with tariff, customs, and hazmat regulations Develop and manage inventory-related projects, including cycle counts, audits, corrective actions, and material‑flow optimization Develop and maintain SOPs for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, and salvaging materials, including hazardous or regulated materials Assist with the design and launch of the new warehouse supporting manufacturing and logistics operationsImplement and improve ERP (NetSuite preferred), MES, and warehouse scanning systems Drive continuous improvement efforts related to throughput, safety, space utilization, and efficiency Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, technicians, and logistics staff across sitesFoster a strong safety culture with adherence to hazmat, chemical handling, and equipment safety protocols Collaborate cross‑functionally with all departments Perform reporting and analysis on inventory, warehouse KPIs, and operational performance Execute other duties as assigned by supervisor What We Need You To Bring To The TeamBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing warehouse or logistics operations, including hazardous materials handling and regulated shipping (excluding internships, co-ops, and academic projects)3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading supervisors and/or frontline teams, managing performance, and developing talentProven ability to build, scale, and optimize warehouse operations, including facility setup, racking design, and material flow optimizationDemonstrated ability to translate business strategies into operational execution, managing resources, priorities, timelines, and financial performance to achieve resultsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead through complexity and implement effective, scalable solutionsEffective communicator and cross-functional leader with experience influencing stakeholders, driving alignment, and fostering a strong safety-first cultureWhat We Want You To Bring To The TeamProven success operating in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to scale processes and infrastructure Experience implementing or working with warehouse automation and advanced material-handling systems Proficiency with ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite Demonstrated adaptability and interest in thriving within a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment CompensationThe anticipated starting pay range for this position is $77,000-$96,000 and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
