We specialize in lawn care, landscaping, tree work, seasonal cleanups, and snow & ice management for residential and commercial properties. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Landscaper / Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work through all seasons, including winter snow removal. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Assist with landscaping projects (mulching, planting, grading, etc.) Complete spring and fall cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup) Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean, professional job sites Follow daily schedules and work independently when needed Communicate effectively with team members and management Participate in snow and ice removal during winter monthsQualifications Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred Valid, clean driver’s license (required) Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and time management skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeWhat We’re Looking For We’re not just hiring for a position — we’re building a team.
