Enterprise Account Executive – High‑Growth Developer Productivity PlatformA high‑growth, venture‑backed developer tooling company is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to support its continued expansion across the US market. This opportunity suits commercially driven sales professionals who enjoy owning complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging technical audiences and helping engineering‑led organisations transform their developer productivity.The organisation builds a cloud‑based, distributed platform that accelerates software builds and tests, enabling engineering teams to ship better software faster.About the RoleYou will join a fast‑growing, high‑performing sales team with responsibility for owning the full enterprise sales cycle end to end. You will engage prospective customers to understand their developer productivity and build challenges, position value clearly and progress opportunities from initial outreach through to close.Working closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product teams, you will shape solutions that resonate with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders. You will also contribute to refining sales processes, improving messaging and influencing the future go‑to‑market strategy. This role blends pipeline generation, consultative selling and strategic account management in a remote‑first environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to closeIdentify, engage and close new enterprise customers within your territoryApply MEDDICC and value‑based selling to drive deal quality and predictabilityBuild strong relationships with engineering leaders and senior decision‑makersRun discovery conversations, product demonstrations and commercial negotiationsCollaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product teamsAccurately manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts within CRMContribute to improving sales processes, messaging and market positioningSkills and ExperienceProven experience in a quota‑carrying enterprise sales roleBackground selling technical software such as SaaS, developer tools, cloud or infrastructure platformsStrong track record of landing and expanding enterprise accountsComfortable engaging both technical teams and C‑level stakeholdersExperience using MEDDICC or similar qualification frameworksStrong communication, organisation and execution skillsSelf‑starter mindset with high levels of ownership and accountabilityGenuine interest in developer experience, productivity and engineering‑led buyersLocation and Working ModelFully remote role based in the United States.
