Solution Trainer

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Trainer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $107,600 – $147,950 annuallyResponsibilities Lead demonstrations and training for customers on Revenue Cycle products Implement web-based and live classroom training along with asynchronous training contribution Support project implementations pre and post-go live with key stakeholders Determine training plans in coordination with customers and implementation resources Participate in corporate programs and comply with professional standards and policiesQualifications Bachelor's degree or higher with 5 years of relevant training experience in healthcare settings High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of relevant training experience 3 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or professional coding 3 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) or Revenue Cycle 3 years of coding experience in a hospital settingBenefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts Disability and life insurance options Paid absences and retirement benefits Onboarding experience includes travel arrangements paid by the companyOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
