The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP, CRM/CTI integrations, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and data pipeline development.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement CCaaS, IVR, and IVA solutions.Develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and Kafka-based applications.Build and support cloud-native solutions on GCP.Integrate CRM, CTI, APIs, SIP/WebRTC, and contact center platforms.Develop and maintain data pipelines and datasets.Implement AI/ML models including SARIMA and Prophet.Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git.Support Agile, DevOps, and production environments.Nice to HaveModel lifecycle/MLOps experience.Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.Experience with TensorFlow, XGBoost, and Prompt Engineering.
