You'll work closely with our finance team processing client payments, commissions, disbursements, and reporting, gaining firsthand exposure to how one of the entertainment industry's most respected agencies manages its business. No prior entertainment experience required; a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit are what matter most.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process client paperwork with a high degree of accuracyUpdate client bookings and process incoming payments in a timely mannerPrepare and issue client and commission invoices accurately and on scheduleProcess client disbursements with attention to timing and compliance with internal proceduresPrepare and distribute internal and external financial reportsEnsure compliance with company financial policies and procedures at all timesSupport data integrity efforts and assist with continuous improvement initiativesTriage and respond to internal and external requests for financial information professionally and promptlyCollaborate with agents, executives, and administrative employees to keep operations moving efficientlyRequired:Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, proactive, and team-oriented mindsetPreferred:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)Experience with accounting software or HRIS/ERP systemsPrior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or business operationsInterest in or exposure to the entertainment, media, or talent industryFamiliarity with invoicing workflows or accounts payable/receivable processesThis is a full-time, in-person role located in Los Angeles, CA.
